download vPerl Personal Edition

1. Download the package
2. Extract the package to /usr/local/vperl:
(Might need sudo)
tar -C /usr/local -xzf vperl-1.0.0-perl-5.38.0-linux-x86_64.tar.gz
3. Optional: Add vperl/bin to the PATH environment variable
export PATH="$PATH:/usr/local/vperl/bin"
4. Use it:
vperl -e 'print "Hello from vPerl\n"'
